'Take the EPIC Challenge this Ramadan!  May’s Epic challenge is designed to support those of you fasting in the Holy Month of Ramadan. This is for those of you, who want to just get a quick fun workout in for the day and for those of you who really want to improve your overall conditioning to push yourselves.  These movements have been arranged to target your shoulders, forearms/biceps, upper back, quads, hamstrings, glutes and core.  Total work out time - 9 MIN including 1 MIN Rest.  Part A: 6 MIN then 1 MIN rest  DB CLEAN - 6 reps AIR SQUATS - 8 reps  SIT UPS - 10 reps Each round completed = 24 Reps Complete As Many Rounds As Possible (6 MIN AMRAP)  PART B: 2 MIN  BOSU PLANK - Max effort Every 10 Seconds = 1 Rep 2 Min = is a Total of 12 Reps           Once you break the plank your time is up!                                                               Your Score is Total Reps accumulated from PART A + PART B  Challenge yourself and your friends and make sure to share your workout with us for a chance to be featured by tagging us @fitnessfirstme #MadeInFitnessFirst'
